All data collected and solved is kept confidential:

We always sign a confidentiality agreement.  Generally the one provided by your company is the best and fastest solution to ensuring confidentiallity. 

Your data is collected to a PC, with restricted access to only the manager. After solution, all data is transferred to a CD-ROM. That CD-ROM is shipped to you with a one-time printed and electronic report. All data, tables, pictures and remaining sample(s) are returned to the submitter. After one month, your data is then removed from the restricted computer. (If further analysis of the data is required, data must be returned to the lab since there is no backup of confidential data.)
